Shipping & Processing Policy:

 

We’re so excited for you to receive your Memphis + Me order! Here’s everything you need to know about processing, shipping, and delivery:

 

 

Processing Time:

-Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days from the date your order was placed.

-Processing time does not include shipping time. Shipping can take an additional 2–5 business days.

-During the busy holiday season (October–December), processing times may be longer. We’ll do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

 

Shipping:

-We currently ship within the USA only.

-Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.

-Shipping and tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has been processed.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

-Memphis + Me is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

-If your package is missing, you’ll need to contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

-Memphis + Me offers Shipping Protection at checkout — this covers a replacement at no charge if the carrier verifies the package was lost or never delivered. This must be added at checkout and cannot be added after your order is placed.
