Refund policy

We want you to love your Memphis + Me purchase! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how our returns work:


Returns & Refunds:

-We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and have tags still attached.

-The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

-Any item that is custom made is non-refundable. 

-If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

-Sale Category: All items purchased from the Sale section are clearance and not eligible for returns. 

-Hair Accessories: Due to hygiene reasons, hair accessories cannot be returned. 

 

Exchanges:

-We accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase for items that are in new condition, unworn, and free of customer-caused damage.

-We will cover the shipping cost for all exchanges. 

-Any item that is custom made is non-exchangeable. 

-Sale Category: All items purchased from the Sale section are clearance and not eligible for exchanges.

-Hair Accessories: Due to hygiene reasons, hair accessories cannot be exchanged.

-Customized Items: Any customized or personalized items are final sale.

 

How to Start a Return or Exchange:

To initiate a return, please contact us at karena@memphisandme.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide the return instructions and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
